Ingredient and Portion
Banana leaves cleaned and cut into dinner plate size squares / 香蕉叶洗干净和剪成碟子的大小
6 ripe, large sized banana, mashed / 6 条香蕉,捣碎
1 1/2 cup flour / 1 1/2 倍面粉
3 tablespoon freshly grated coconut flesh / 3汤匙新鲜椰子丝
50gm organic brown sugar / 50克有机黄糖
1 egg / 1鸡蛋
1 teaspoon of salt / 1茶匙盐
1 tablespoon canola oil / 1 汤匙菜籽油
1 cup water / 1 杯水
Method
1. Apply heat to banana leaves to soften it.
把香蕉叶加热弄软。

2. Mix bananas with flour, grated coconut, sugar, egg and salt. Mix well.
香蕉加入面粉、椰丝、糖、鸡蛋和盐搅拌均匀。

3. Spread some oil onto banana leaves.
在香蕉叶上撒上少许的油。

4. Pour 2 tablespoons of banana mixture in the center of each leaf. Fold it into rectangular shapes.
倒入2汤匙的香蕉混合体在香蕉叶上。折成四方形。

5. Place cakes onto the Oil-Less Fryer.
然后,放入空气炸锅里。

6. Pour water into Oil-Less Fryer.
倒入适量的水进空气炸锅里。

7. Cook for 15-20 minutes.
煮大概15-20分钟。
