1. Separate the egg yolk and egg white to different bowls. 先将蛋黄和蛋白分别放在不同的容器里。
2.Mix Sweetened Condensed Milk with egg yolk and mixed evenly. Sugar replaced with condensed milk, the soufflé will be smoother. 将炼奶加入蛋黄中搅拌均匀,取代了糖加入炼奶的舒芙蕾吃起来特别香浓。

6. Double Boiler , 180℃ with 15 minutes and then 160℃with more 5 minutes. 隔水烘焙或水浴,把模放入,以180℃烤15分钟,然后再以160℃烤多5分钟。
