1. Marinate prawns with turmeric, pepper, salt and grape seed oil. 用黄姜、胡椒粉、盐和葡萄籽油腌制虾。
2. Place prawns in Oil-less fryer and cook for 15 minutes. 把虾放入空气炸锅里煮大概15分钟。
3. Remove prawns and put dried chilli paste and canola oil in Oil-less fryer, cook for 15 minutes or until the oil splits from the chilli paste. 把虾拿起来,然后放入干辣椒膏和菜籽油,煮大概15分钟或油完全和辣椒隔离。
4. Add anchovies, turmeric, bird's eye chilli, lemongrass, tempoyak, evaporated milk, salt and sugar. Cook for another 15 minutes. 将江鱼仔、黄姜、鸟眼辣椒、香茅、tempoyak、淡奶、盐和糖倒入再煮15分钟。
5. Serve prawn with Tempoyak sambal. 虾可以沾上Tempoyak叁峇。
