1. Sprinkle salt over mustard green, and rub all over leaves and stems.
2.Dry under direct sunlight for about 6 hours till water has evaporated.
Method / 步骤：
1. Combine Ingredients B in a pot and bring to a boil. Add Ingredients C and stir well. Leave aside to cool.
2. Squeeze out water from mustard green and put into a glass jar.
3. Scoop in Brine to fully cover the mustard green.
4. Cover with lid and leave in a cool place for 8 days.
5. Remove and squeeze out water, keep in a dry container. Keep in the fridge up to 3 months.
