1. In a stainless steel mixing bowl, combine all the Fillings ingredients in a bowl except wonton skin. 取一不锈钢碗,将所有馅料材料拌匀,除了馄饨皮。
2. Take a piece of wonton skin and spoon 1 tbsp of filling in the centre and moist the edges of the skin, twist close all around to prevent from opening. 取一馄饨皮,舀入1汤匙馅料置于中间,然后将皮角沾湿,裹起馅料后将馄饨皮紧紧扭转,以避免馅料泻出。
3. Prepare a pot of water. When water is boiling, add a bit of oil and salt, toss in wrapped wonton, cook for 5 minutes until all wontons float on the surface. Use a sieve spoon to remove the cooked wontons into a clean bowl. 准备一锅水,煮滚后加入少许油和盐。掷入裹好的馄饨,煮5分钟,直到馄饨浮在水面上。以筛子捞起馄饨,放入干净的碗内。
4. Prepare a medium bowl with sesame oil and light soy sauce, mix well with a spoon. Scoop cooked wonton into the chilli oil mixture and sprinkle with sesame seeds and scallion. 取一中型碗,以汤匙拌匀麻油和酱油。将煮好的馄饨放入辣椒淋酱内,撒上芝麻和葱粒即可。
