Do you know mustard green vegetables are good with fried rice too? Enhance your rice further with this ingredient!

芥菜通常都会和一些吃剩的鸡或是烧肉一起煮,尤其是在大日子的时候。除了煮这道酸辣芥菜外,原来芥菜也能与饭一起煮成这道芥菜饭。味道还蛮不错,用电饭锅煮就可以了。

Ingredient and Portion
Ingredients A /材料A
300g pork belly, cut into pieces / 花肉(切小块) 300克
8 Chinese mushrooms, soaked and diced / 冬菇(浸软,切粒) 8朵
50g dried shrimp / 虾米 50克
2 bowls uncooked white rice / 白米 2碗


Ingredients B / 材料B
600g mustard green / 芥菜 600克
2½ bowls water / 清水 2½碗


Seasoning / 调味料
2 tbsp oyster sauce / 蚝油 2汤匙
2 tbsp light soy sauce / 生抽 2汤匙
1 piece chicken seasoning cube / 鸡精块 1块
some pepper and sesame oil (to taste) / 胡椒粉和麻油 适量(调味)
a pinch of salt / 盐 少许
Method
Method / 做法
1. Wash rice and drain well. Wash mustard green and drain well, cut into pieces. Set aside.
白米洗净,沥干。芥菜洗净,沥干后切小块, 待用。

2. Heat 3 tbsp of oil, add in Ingredients A and stir-fry evenly. Add in Ingredients B and Seasoning, mix well.
烧热3汤匙油,加入材料A拌炒均匀。加入材料B和调味料拌匀。

3. Transfer all the Ingredients to a rice cooker and cook as usual.
将锅中材料全部移入电饭锅内,煮熟即可。
