Malaysian Beef Rendang is a very famous local dish. Little spicy and it's best to eat with nasi lemak or just rice will do also. Thus, learn this recipe and cook for family!
1. Heat up 5 tbsp of oil in a wok, add in Ingredients B and stir-fry until fragrant. Add in Ingredients C and stir-fry for a while, followed by beef cubes and mix well. 在锅中烧热5汤匙油,加入材料B炒香。加入材料C拌炒一会儿,然后加入牛肉丁拌匀。
2. Pour in coconut milk and water, mix well and bring to a boil. Reduce to low heat and simmer until the gravy almost dries up and beef cubes are tender. 倒入椰浆和清水拌匀,煮沸,然后转小火煮至汁近收干和牛肉变软。
