百吃不腻的花生炸弹,除了农历新年的传统饼干,花生炸弹的确是一个不错的选择!
Ingredient and Portion
Ingredients A / 材料A
250g peanuts with skin / 连皮花生 250克
50g plain flour (sifted) / 普通面粉 50克
50g rice flour (sifted) / 粘米粉 50克(粉类齐过筛)

Ingredients B / 材料B
1 egg / 鸡蛋 1粒
6tsps cili powder/flakes / 辣椒粉 6茶匙
5 cloves garlic (finely chopped) / 蒜头(剁碎) 5瓣
5 shallots (finely chopped) / 小葱头(剁碎) 5粒
6 tbsps sugar / 白糖 6汤匙
½ tsp chicken stock powder / 鸡精粉 ½茶匙
½ tsp salt / 盐 ½茶匙
Cooking oil for deep frying / 炸油适量

Method
1. Combine ingredients B until sugar & salt dissolves.
把B料全部混合至糖和盐充分溶解后。

2. Add in peanuts & soak for 10 minutes.
把花生放入材料B,浸泡10分钟。

3. Meanwhile heat oil until medium heat.
用中火热油。

4. Drain peanuts from the egg mixture & toss into flour mixture. Sieve out excess flour with a sieve.
把花生从浸料中取出,放入粉堆里,然后取出,摇晃去掉多余的粉。

5. Deep fry coated peanuts in oil until golden.
把沾粉的花生炸至金黄色。

6. Drain on paper towels, leave to cool before storing in airtight containers.
放在纸巾上吸干油后收入密封的罐子里。
