500g chicken meat / 鸡肉 500克 a pinch of saffron / 藏红花 1小撮 1 tsp salt / 盐 1茶匙 some water (just cover the meat) / 清水(盖过肉) 少许
Seasoning
1 tbsp sugar / 糖 1汤匙 salt to taste / 盐 适量 black pepper to taste / 黑胡椒 适量 1/2 tbsp chicken powder / 鸡精粉 1/2汤匙 2 tsp cayenne pepper / 红椒粉 2茶匙 1 bunch of dill / 莳萝叶 1束 3 tbsp olive oil / 橄榄油 3汤匙
Method
Preparation 1.Wash chicken meat and cut into cubes, drain until very dried. 将鸡洗净后切成丁,沥干水份。
2.Chop the dill. 把莳萝叶剁碎。
Method 1.Mix all Ingredients in a big bowl and marinate for 1½ hours, remove and drain. 把所有材料放入大碗中拌均匀,腌制约1½小时,取出沥干。
2.Add Seasonings (except olive oil) into chicken cubes, stir well and marinate for 1½ hours, then stir in olive oil, continue marinate for another 30 minutes. 将鸡丁加入调味(橄榄油除外)拌匀,腌制 1½小时,然后拌入橄榄油,再继续腌制30分钟。
3.Arrange marinated chicken cubes in a preheated oven, roast until cooked on both sides. Remove from heat, serve with rice. 把腌制好的鸡丁盛入预热烤箱内,烤至鸡肉两面熟透即可取出,配上饭一起。
