Ingredient and Portion
1只全鸡(切成八块)
5片当归
1汤匙枸杞
5枚红枣
½汤匙盐
2汤匙初榨麻油头
2汤匙耗油
2汤匙绍兴酒
Method
1.清洗药材。
2.以所有的调味料腌制鸡只,至少30分钟。
3.煮水至沸腾,然后以中火开始蒸鸡,20-30分钟,直到鸡肉开始松软即可。
