This coffee shop located at Air Itam, few hundred metros away from Kek Lok Si temple. I always come here for lunch before going to temple. This a famous dish in Penang, obviously origin from Hokkien. The soup base is boil from prawns with shell, and therefore nowadays people say is ''prawn noodle''. A standard hokkien mee comes with mix of noodle and mee hoon, bean sprouts, sliced pork, kang kung vege, dried prawns and topped with dipped fried onions. Although the soup looks dilute but actually it still has the prawn ''sweetness'' taste. One of the reason i like it because it's not very spicy like those in KL now. The less spicy allowed me to taste the prawn soup well.
