不知道为什么，来到这种吃”烧味“的专卖店总是觉得一定要吃烤鸭，鸡，烧肉和叉烧。这份蜜叉烧饭肉质松软，叉烧的味道不算突出，但还是带有蜜汁的甜香，肥瘦比例刚好，白饭很香。份量也刚刚好。

Ducking Tycoon restaurant is famous for their duck, especially the 8 Treasures Duck 盐锔八宝鸭, where you will need to make reservation a day before, as the duck needs quite some time to be prepared. The dish looks spectacular when it's served. Covered with salt with cinnamons, it will then be hammered so to serve the duck inside. The duck, cooked in herbal gravy, is so flavourful with awesome aroma! The texture is so tender too. Inside the duck is filled with lots of chopped ingredients, such as asparagus, ham, mushroom, chesnut, shrimps... as well as glutinous rice. Yummy!Another awesome dish is pork lard rice 猪油捞饭. The rice is seasoned with simple soy sauce, and a spoonful of pork lard, then topped with a sunny-side-up. When you mix the runny egg yolk with the rice, it tastes sinfully good ! We had coconut pudding and lemongrass jelly as desserts. The coconut pudding 泰国椰子布丁 is so refreshing, smooth and nice! A must try!! The sourness with a hint of lemongrass aroma of the jelly dessert 西柠香茅冻 is the perfect ending to a heavy meal.
