I had a peep at the bar tender when he is preparing the drink. The ice cube is actually from ice jolly stick, which we use to it during childhood. They just cut it into pieces to make it like ice cubes. This also prevent the drinks to be diluted if it's real ice.They serve coffee in these coffee cubes too. Next time will try it out.
