This durian mud pie has proven its worthiness.The durian mud pie was actually a squared ice cream (or gelato) topped with flowing durian sauce, sprinkled with peanuts. Eating the ice cream alone was already good! Eating with the mud made it even better with the contrasting texture. It was as good as eating durian alone, sans the seeds. The peanuts balanced the dessert with some crunches and also muted the flavor with its nuttiness. I love it <3
