Char Siew PauNext I got this vegetarian Char Siew Pau upon hearing a positive feedback from a frequent patron. From the exterior, it does seem like any ordinary pau available out there, except that it might look bit yellowish, as if they are made of wheat germ flour. Bun is soft and nicely encasing a generous portion of char siew. The char siew is decently marinated with its condiments as well as drenches with some white sesame to bring up the flavor. The filling is not too dry not too watery. I
