Beef :Nice and soft and not hard to chew it. They mixed with bean sprouts and fried it just like teppanyaki in some japanese restaurant.Gyoza :Quite thick skin, but the filling is soft and nice. So is average. They fried the gyoza until the surface become golden brown in colour. Salmon :Fresh fried salmon in this dish that taste great! they also add a slide of lemon beside so you can mix it. After mixing it, it will become sour and salty. taste good
