I wasn't a fan of mock meat, because I thought that if you want to eat meat, you should eat the real meat instead of fake ones. However, hubby wanted to try out the cod fish with ginger. I was expected a very flour-ed piece of mock meat resembling a fish. When the dish came, the mock meat did look like a piece of fish. And it tasted like fish too, right down to the fishy taste. I was quite impressed. Served on a bed of alfalfa sprouts, the dish was quite enjoyable.
