Bird Garden Japanese Cuisine (Changed Hand)

French Fries. I went to this restaurant together with a bunch of friends. Since we just had our dinner, we just ordered a plate of fries for sharing. When this plate of fries were served, I was a bit skeptical at the color as the fries were very dark brown in color. Once I tasted it, it was so not nice. No doubt the fries were crispy but inside was dry and hard powdery. I think they over deep fried it. It was salty too. A very bad dish.
