除了清蒸龙趸外，生煲龙趸也是不错的煮法。刚刚好的火候，生煲龙趸刚刚可以将龙趸肉烹调至入口即化的口感，配合味道恰好的酱油，不会抢走龙趸那鲜甜的鱼味了，一吃下去，肉质鲜美，口感很软嫩。
