this is a lovely pork dish where the chef has chosen parts of the pork that is lean and not so fattythe pork is stewed for a long time making it soft and tenderthe carrots that were stewed together also becomes soft and it is easily mashedthere is a lot of gravy in this pork dish which goes very well with white rice

Restoran Extra Super Tanker 文华轩this spacious and cozy environment of this restaurant makes me feel very comfortable . the service is average here and can be improve more too as the people they hire is not experience enough. . peaceful enough and good place to chill out and i order the fried rice. simple dish very very flavourful .and added with some chicken meat inside

Restoran Extra Super Tanker 文华轩 is located at the behind of the one utama and when i came here at night time. it was difficult to find. it is actually the club house. here having the reasonable price. service is very terrible here but i do like the fried rice simple but all is halal here anyway it is good and nice place to chill out during weekends with family

A meal should end with some dessert, hence we ordered the glutinous rice balls with ginger stew, and the rest of the family agreed. I was a little surprised to see that the ginger stew was so dark in colour. It was almost black actually. The ones that I normally have are usually clear gold or yellow in colour. However, the first sip revealed that they ginger stew was cooked with brown sugar, hence the colour. The rice balls had peanut fillings in them, and were rather sweet. Definitely a good ending to the meal.

除了清蒸龙趸外，生煲龙趸也是不错的煮法。刚刚好的火候，生煲龙趸刚刚可以将龙趸肉烹调至入口即化的口感，配合味道恰好的酱油，不会抢走龙趸那鲜甜的鱼味了，一吃下去，肉质鲜美，口感很软嫩。
