I've always love Capricciosa's pasta especially the fresh pasta. My partner and I happen to stumble upon this shop when they were having the super crazy deal last year and we had 3 plates of pasta in the end! Back to this, when they meant by fresh pasta, it's really fresh pasta. I have not tried any fresh ones prior to this and I can instantly tell the difference straight away. The pasta is supple and soft with slight tanginess and full of eggy flavour. The cream sauce is slightly thick and the Eringi mushrooms were juicy and delightful. What's missing is just some bacon pieces and it could be one of the best pasta ever. It's one of my favourites next to the black ink squid which I'm gonna try the next time I visit Capricciosa!
