The delish sambal is prepared with eight types of ingredients which include fresh chili, onions and salt. The rest of the ingredients are a secret (according to the chef). It has this sweet yet slightly spicy taste to it which is so good that you can have it with the rice without anything else! I also liked the texture of the caramelised onions where it just sort of melts in the mouth with its sweet flavours.
