来到新山世城美食中心你可以看见这档烧鱼噢。我瞒喜欢他的烧鱼因为他的酱料很好吃，配上饭很暂。烧鱼很新鲜而且火候很够，asam酱汁因为热热的铁板完全的吸收在鱼里，而且老板会加些菜一起炒，比如羊角豆。 continue reading

Koay Tiao Kia is one of my favourite food in Johor. Of course this is the food that can represent the state too. This koay Teow Kia basically is a bit like Koay chap in Penang, but the koay chap noodle is in big pieces. This one is using koay teow. But then they using the same teochew style braised sauce. The sauce is in black colour and often comes with pork and dark. I like to dip their chilli sauce. continue reading
