点了这里的烧鱼，想不到味道还蛮好吃的。用来烧鱼的酱汁很香浓，酱汁的味道完全吸收进去鱼肉里面。鱼肉吃起来也非常的滑嫩。吃起来香香辣辣真的非常过瘾啊。用来配饭真的很棒。

我来到这间美食中心就到处找吃的，一到这间的档口我看见这个鸡蛋满满的都快看不见老板的脸了。原来是卖蠔煎的，我一想也不想的直接点了一碟。我觉得它煎得很香，放了很多的鸡蛋，蠔非常的新鲜。

不懂你们知道这个炒四大天王是什么吗。这个就是融合几个菜大多是臭豆，鬼豆苗，茄子和四角豆。我绝对很喜欢这样的煮法，因为可以吃到每个不同口感的蔬菜，酸辣的sambal在铁板上砂砂的烧滚着。

只要我有点烧鱼的话我一定会点这个魔鬼鱼的，因为我觉得这个鱼吃起来没那么的腥味，而且鱼的质感能够很容易的吸收asam辣椒酱。这里的鱼很新鲜，我觉得这个鱼的酱汁酸辣恰到好处我很喜欢这样的辣！

我家人都很喜欢吃臭豆可能是家里的习俗吧我变得很爱吃臭豆了。我点了这里的臭豆真的一点都没有后悔，不但味道很浓很辣很呛鼻的。我最喜欢的是他的sambal辣椒里面的猪肉碎，拌着臭豆吃最赞。

来到新山世城美食中心你可以看见这档烧鱼噢。我瞒喜欢他的烧鱼因为他的酱料很好吃，配上饭很暂。烧鱼很新鲜而且火候很够，asam酱汁因为热热的铁板完全的吸收在鱼里，而且老板会加些菜一起炒，比如羊角豆。

Koay Tiao Kia is one of my favourite food in Johor. Of course this is the food that can represent the state too. This koay Teow Kia basically is a bit like Koay chap in Penang, but the koay chap noodle is in big pieces. This one is using koay teow. But then they using the same teochew style braised sauce. The sauce is in black colour and often comes with pork and dark. I like to dip their chilli sauce.

I like to eat the bbq fish here. And my most favourite fish is always stingray. Because stingray fish, if you grill it, seldom you will get a fishy taste fish. But of course your fish has to be very fresh too. They will put the fish on top of the banana leaf to grill it. So you can smell the fragrance of banana leaf and it also prevent the fish over cooked. Then the sambal sauce here is nice to eat too. Dip it with the fish is good.

If you walk around this alley, once you see this oyster stall, without second thought, just go for it. Because the oyster here is quite nice. The oyster don't have any funny smell to eat. Some people very scared of the smell that's why they don't go for the fried oyster always. I like to see they pour in the egg and fry it. Then the fried oyster taste quite sweet. Same thing goes to their sweet chilli sauce as well.

This stalls fried kuay teow is very nice to eat. The koay teow isn't dry at all. It is quite moistured but it wont moistured till like koay teow basah. The auntie here is very generous in giving me lots of siham in my noodle. Although siham is not healthy but for me it is tasty and the taste seems similar to cheap escargot. I always ask auntie to add in more chilli for me so the taste of the koay teow will be better and nicer to eat.
