The soup is very tasty, the taste of the pork had totally go into the soup, make the soup sweet and strong taste, very delicious. The lou xu fan is only come with black soya sauce and minced pork. Loh Mai Kai
Yuen Garden served Hong Kong style snacks, there are many choices for you to choose from and the price is reasonable. This is Loh Mai Kai which known as 糯米鸡 in Chinese. This is very soft glutinous rice with chicken, mushroom and lap cheong (Chinese sausage). The essence of the sauce just penetrate well into the glutinous rice. The chicken is tender and moist, it looks like not enough cook but actually is ady 100% cooked, it is really soft and tasty. There are many ingredients and delicious.

Chinese Mambo Pork Rice
T-Bowl is a very special restaurant with bathroom theme served many choices of foods. This is Chinese mambo pork rice which also known as 南乳花肉饭 in Chinese. The portion is quite big with lots of pork. The presentation seen like a bit weird. The mambo pork is a bit oily but the taste is very strong and quite delicious. The combination with the sweet corn and tomato is not that nice. The corn is sweet but the tomato is sour, the overall taste is very complicated, it taste nice only with the pork and rice together.
