Vegetables Curry Pot OK Jul 18, 2012   (Related Review)

Vegetables Curry Pot
The dish is a combination of organic cabbage, long beans, Lady’s fingers, eggplants, pumpkin, yam and organic, beabcurd puff in our homemade cashew nut curry (a healthier substitute for coconut milk). Served with multi-grain rice, daily side dish, energy soup and fruit. The curry is aromatic but is also a disappointment to be as I've expected a tastier version of it. No doubt the other ingredient was good and fresh with crunchy texture on all the vegetable and it was a very filling set to me.

Dried Spinach Noodle OK Jul 18, 2012   (Related Review)

Dried Spinach Noodle
The rainbow dried spinach noodle tasted average to sum up the dish. It is called rainbow probably there's chopped green pepper, red pepper, vegetable, minced mushroom to replace pork, and vegetarian anchovy that not just give a colourful presentation but also a mixture of taste from salty to crispy. I love the fact that the noodle doesn't have the heave spinach taste and it is well cook without having it soggy. The dark soy sauce is a little too salty and I have to shower it with small amount of soup just to wash some away saltiness.

Vegetarian Siew Mai OK Jul 18, 2012   (Related Review)

Vegetarian Siew Mai
There are some small variety of dim sum dish to choose from here at Nature's where they have a wide range of cuisine that might just suit everyone on the table. The vegetarian siew mai here is not up to my expectation as I've tasted the meat version and this wasn't close to it. I don't judge it just because it doesn't taste close to the meat version but because it is quite dry and lack of taste in the filling. No doubt they are still good and very packed with filling, I just think there is room for improvement.

Yong Tao Fu Noodle OK Jul 18, 2012

Yong Tao Fu Noodle
Vegetarian have more reason to rejoice as they no longer need to drool over food that non-vegetarian consume. The yong tao fu at Nature's is the exact simulate of the real deal but instead of stuffing minced meat into it, replacement like minced mushroom is being used. The texture is almost identical which taste wise is refreshing and very 'vege' I must say. The homemade noodle is great with smooth and soft texture but I think the soup is lack of taste, it is quite plain and I have to drip some soy sauce with chilli into it to boost the taste.

Assorted Sushi OK Jul 17, 2012   (Related Review)

Assorted Sushi

Operating a Vegetarian restaurant seem to be tough to be, the reason I claim so is because most of the Vegetarian restaurant I visited tend to serve cuisine from local, Japanese, Western, and the list go on. Assorted sushi here is just average as there is no special ingredient that were added to the sushi like cucumber, egg, carrot, and etc where as taste wise is as good as those you get elsewhere. The sushi were nicely wrapped and doesn't felt off easily while the seaweed is crunchy with a very packed filling.
