Weird feeling on my lunch OK May 03, 2012

Categories : Chinese | Restaurant | Noodles

This is a Toilet Bowl concept restaurant, actually I found this kind of restaurant few years ago in Taiwan.

The set lunch they served, Main Course + Drink + Dessert is only RM11.90++.

I still remembered it was Friday, and I ordered their Friday Set Lunch -- Double Cooked Pork Slices Dry Noodle, they served all items together with toilet bowl, feel weird....

The taste of the noodle was normal, but the portion was considered as Big and the food was not warm enough, if out of 10 marks, 0 is the worst and 10 is the best, I will only rate it as 4 marks.

Overall, the food here are nothing special, I don't think I will patronize here anymore.

Australian Cappuccino OK May 03, 2012

Categories : Western variety | Café | Pizza/Pasta | Burgers / Sandwiches

This is a nice place for you to sit down for reading and enjoying your breakfast and coffee, it was quiet and they provided many travel magazine for customers to read. Their coffee beans are all direct imported from Australia, a cup of cappuccino price is RM8.

It was not too rich, but flavour full of coffee taste, the coffee taste a bit sweet even they make coffee without sugar.

Spending per head: Approximately RM8

Sour Mushroom Soup Noodle Cry May 03, 2012

Categories : Taiwanese | Restaurant | Noodles | Juices / Bubble Tea / Tea / Yogurt | Fine Dining

First time to order this noodle, I forgot the exact name, but I know it is Mushroom soup with noodles.

The taste of the soup is a bit strange as normally soup is in salty flavour but it tastes a bit sour, I believe not everyone can accept this kind of taste. After few more spoons, you will start feeling a bit over salty. I don't think I will order this item next time if I patronize this restaurant even the noodles is OK to eat (but the soup tastes bad).

Spending per head: Approximately RM15

The best Loh Pan Mee in town Smile May 03, 2012

This is the best Loh Pan Mee that I know in my life. I tried many places where selling Loh Pan Mee but no one is better than them.

They make the soup with their own secret recipe, the soup is not too 'thick' (not too much of corn flour) but flavour full,, it tastes sooooo good. A bowl of Loh Pan Mee, they serve Pan Mee with pork, vegetable, prawn, and so on. You can also put some vinegar while eating.

Other than normal pan mee, they serve carrot pan mee and vege pan mee as well, but honestly, I can't even taste what are the difference of this both type of pan mee.

My favourite Porridge Steamboat Smile May 03, 2012
Share on TwitterShare on Facebook
Categories : Chinese | Restaurant | Steamboat/Hotpot | Porridge

Steamboat is one of my favourite food, the reason is because it will not make me feel bored while having a meal like a bowl of rice or a bowl or noodles, I can eat different thing in a same time (seafood, beef, pork and so on...).

In Lin Yuan, their Signature Soup is Pumpkin porridge soup, the soup is in yellow, and they will pour eggs in front of you while boiling and stirring the soup before you put the varieties into the pot.

Pumpkin porridge tastes special and nice, especially you taste it with their special soya sauce. I like their meat balls, as it has sauce inside of the meatball.

The set meal for per person is RM15++, but minimum order for two pax.
