Pie tee

Pie tee is a great Nyonya appetizer. It is made of crunchy outer shell filled with a mixture of vegetables (sa kok, carrots, chestnuts, etc). It is slightly sweet and sour. It is drizzled with sweet chilli sauce on top to give it extra flavour. The price is reasonable.

Popiah

This popiah tastes quite good. It uses fresh popiah skin to wrap the fillings of the popiah. The filling is made of sa kok, chesnuts, carrots, cucumbers, and other vegetables. it is served with a special made sauce which is slightly sweet and sour.

Asparagus Salmon Steak

This salmon steak is delicious. The skin is a little crispy and the flesh is cooked to perfection. The cream cheese sauce is very creamu and cheesy and the taste are matching the salmon steak. Mashed potato are served along too which are underneath the salmon steak.

In penang, by default, the mee of the hokkien mee consist of meehoon and mee. This hokkien mee is very nice if without the beansprout. The beansprout is a bit too raw and i dislike the taste of that. The soup is okay with the chilli sauce.
