Satay is such a common food that you can find it almost everywhere in Malaysia. This chicken satay is a great one. It has been marinated with a mixture of spices and barbecued till slightly charred. The chicken meat is very tender and juicy. It is served with onions and cucumbers as sides. The peanut satay sauce complements the chicken satay very well.
