One of the Q Bean branch is located at Ground Floor of IOI Mall. Q Bean is the first premium soy milk store in Malaysia where their soy milk is freshly made in-store everyday to guarantee the unbeatable freshness and taste that is unique to Qbean. They source only the best soy beans from Canada that are not genetically modified thus ensuring a healthier and safer product. Besides normal soy milk and bean curd, Qbean also provide its another unique product – Soy Ice Cream. Mixture of soy milk with other fruit like honey dew, strawberry, black sesame, and other are available here as well. Deserts like soy Q jelly with flavor like Yam, Soy, Chocolate, Custard , Coffee is another specialty here. I have ordered a cup of hot soy milk. The taste is so good and you can feel that the drink is made from fresh soy bean.

Wan Tan Noodle Smile Sep 24, 2013   (Related Review)

Restaurant Uncle Seng is located at SS15 Subang Jaya. It is just few doors away from the famous 45 minute pork noodles. But must beware of the parking here as it is quite hard to get a parking especially during lunch time. It is just a normal Chinese restaurant, so nothing much to shout out on the environment. It specialize on own made noodle (with smooth and springy texture) comes with different choices such as, wan tan, char siew, curry chicken, chicken feet mushroom, shredded chicken, braised pork, deep fried pork and the regular size is served in big portion. I have ordered Wan Tan Noodle. The noodle is served in dried type, but they didn't put any soy sauce. One thing that cannot miss is their special made chilli sauce which add on the "OMP" to the noodle. Overall, I think the noodle is stringy and delicious and the price is reasonable.

Watami Miso Ramen Smile Sep 24, 2013

One of the Watami Japanese Casual Restaurant is located at Level 1, Paradigm Mall. It was established in 1984 and is the leading brand under the Watami Group with over 600 shops worldwide in Japan, Hong Kong, China, Taiwan and Singapore. Watami is the original creator of the “Ishokuya” dining concept in Japan, one that features the delights of modern Japanese cuisine, which include Watami’s original dishes and signature beverages. It is a new type of tavern that concentrates on providing food with less emphasis on alcohol at affordable prices. It serves delicious Japanese food and drinks in a comfortable atmosphere. The dining environment is good for causal gathering and family. I have ordered Watami Miso Ramen. The Ramen is really nice, fresh and stringy, the Miso soup taste good and the pork slices are simply excellent. The green tea here is refillable. The price is a bit expensive, but I think it is worth the money due to its food quality and nice environment.

One of the Oyster King branch is located at Lower Ground of One Utama Shopping Mall. Their signature dish of course is Fried Oyster, or better known as 'O-Chien' or ‘O-A-Cian’ in Hokkien, once made popular by hawkers and coffee shops, is recognized as one of the best street food Malaysia. Beside this, they also serve up a menu of clams (known as “Lala”) delicacies such as Lala Fried MeeHoon and Lala Fried Rice that will satisfy everyone's palate. Oyster King in One Utama is more like a food kiosk where it has limited number of tables. We have ordered Combo Set 1 which include Fried Oyster & Lala Fried Mee Hoon and Refillable Green Tea. The fresh oysters fried in dark special thick sauce, dip in the chilli sauce, which made the whole dish very delicious. But still, it lack of the local taste which we can find in night market fried oyster. Lala Fried Mee Hoon also not bad. Overall, I think the combo set is really worth the money.
