A little cozy night Smile Jul 02, 2013

Categories : Italian | Café | Pizza/Pasta | Burgers / Sandwiches

So during the very first week of our 4th semester of uni, we went for a birthday celebration for Mr. Jason in Pik Nik Cafe, Georgetown. It had been a wonderful memories for us as the atmosphere there was cozy and home-style.

In short, the food there was great. Personally recommend the waffle burger series.
It is cute and worthy in price. As the plus point, the ingredients used are fresh and nutritious.

So, just have a good try there and enjoy! smile

Thai food! OK Apr 03, 2014

Categories : Thai | Restaurant

Despite this super hot and dry season, my family and I decided to try out something spicy and made-our-body-sweat meal, Thai food.

We had chosen Khun De Thai as our destination.

Seldom taking Thai food before, but this meal gained a thumbs-up from my father.

The Tomyam Kung is fragrant and full of lovely and fresh seafood.

We got indulged to pick up the 'lala' non-stop giving credit to its marvelous spice.

Lastly, kangkung is an average dish to be ordered.

It is a lovely afternoon and we had our Taiwanese meal in this comfy Taipei 101. It is not located in Taipei but it is near Queensbay mall. The food is nice and contented. We love the curry.

meet toktok OK Feb 16, 2014

Tok tok cuisine is a newly opened cafe near Sungai Dua. It is located at the Pekaka Square and is surrounded by numerous hawker centre. Its choice is limited with some wantan mee and curry options.
However the notable part here is the interior design of the cafe which is designed by the boss itself who is also an architect.
It is homely and warm when you enter.

We seldom try Hakka cuisine so we decide to check this Ru Yi Suan Pan Restaurant out one day. Not bad for the food but the price is slightly high compared to other home-style restaurant. Overall I'll recommend the very vege healthy choice of Hakka Lei Cha as it reminds me of the childhood time whereby my granny loves to cook lots of various vegetables. The pumpkin barley drink is a different approach for us to try. ;)
