The scrimp inside the har gao is fresh! You can feel the crunchiness of the scrimp when you eat it. It have one scrimp for a har gao and you can feel they are some juice come out from the har gao when you eat it. For the skin it is a bit like transparency and you can see the scrimp through the dim sum. The skin is smooth and fluffy also. The whole dim sum won't feel oily so overall the taste is great!

It have wafer biscuits with 6 scoop of delicious ice cream <3 topped up with almond slice, and strawberry sauces. They use some strawberries for the decoration too.
I had choose chocolate chocolate chip, green tea, raspberry sorbet, mango sorbet, vanilla raspberry swirl and chocolate for the ice cream.
For me the waffles biscuit is the same taste as Julie's product "Butter Waffles".
I love the chocolate chocolate chips the most! It is rich in chocolate and you can bite the chocolate chips when you eat it. Besides that I like the green tea. You can feel your whole mouth is full of green tea taste when the ice cream melts in your mouth.
But sadly, I don't like the raspberry sorbet. It taste weird.

If you wan't to go for a food trip in Penang, remember to try out their famous cendol in Penang Road. It is a small stall beside Joo Hooi Restaurant. They don't have any sits for the customer to eat. If you wan't to eat inside the restaurant you need to pay a surchange of Rm0.50 per bowl. It just looks like normal cendol that you can get in other stall. It contain cendol jelly, brown sugar, kidney red bean and santan. The ingredients they use are fresh and you can feel the ice, santan and brown sugar melt in your mouth when you eat it.
