在Shaw Parade有一間有名的中國餐廳, 那就是紫藤, 紫藤除了賣茶葉外, 還有賣以茶入菜的美食. 我超級推薦這道泰式魚捲, 將炸過的魚捲與洋蔥. 番茄和辣椒炒在一起, 最後淋上泰式酸辣醬, 真是絕配! 裡面的魚片很軟, 這道魚捲很下飯bowl

紫藤是一間以茶入菜的中國餐廳, 強調少鹽.少油. 少糖的健康料理方式, 將最健康美味的食物呈現給大眾. 紫藤的環境很漂亮, 在裡面用餐感覺很乾淨舒服, 服務也很好. 我點這道菜浦煎蛋 , 價值RM8, 不算貴. 蛋煎得很香很薄, 略鹹一些些, 很適合配綠茶飯.

Purple Cane is one of my favorite restaurants. It is located at Shaw Parade. It's easy to find the place. I love their restaurant, because all the dishes are cooked with tea leaves. Their food is less salty, less sugar & less oil. It's a healthy concept restaurant. Braised Chicken with Sweet Chili is tasty. The chicken is tender with sweet sauce, not spicy at all, eat with fried bun is perfect.

Chicken Japan Curry Rice 這道菜真的很好吃, 將炸過的雞肉淋上日式咖哩, 並附上軟Q的白飯, 滋味真是無窮! 我超愛這道料理. 雞肉炸得很香又軟, 日式咖哩很濃,嘗起來微甜但不會辣, 整個搭配起來真是一道完美的料理. Fougasse 除了料理外還有賣蛋糕與麵包, 他們的蛋糕都很精緻. 漂亮, 讓人看了就想吃...chopstick

Fougasse Boulangerie & Patisserie是一間西式的餐廳與麵包店, 位於25, Jalan Indah 4/6A, Pandan Indah. 環境有英式餐廳的風格, 我很喜歡那邊的格調與氣氛, 最適合喝下午茶不過了. 我點了Seafood Aglio-Oglio Spaghetti當晚餐, 這道菜還蠻香的, 用橄欖油去炒蝦. 魚與花枝, 魚片與蝦都很軟, 整體來說還不錯吃chopstick
