Uncle Jang is one of my favorite restaurant! I love their Korean food so much. The best Korean food that I have tried. Highly recommend Uncle Jang, if you like Korean food, you must try their food. The signature dish of Uncle Jang is Dak Gal Bi.

Infact, Dak Gal Bi is a chicken dish, they will fried with fresh chicken chop, rice cake, cabbage, sweet potato, and spicy sauce. Then add the ramen fried together, the last step is adding cheese. It smells really fragrant and looks great! When I taste it for the first time, what a fantastic flavor! It is awesome delicious. The chicken is tender and well-marinated. The rice cake is soft and tasty!"

紫藤原本是一間茶行, 專門賣中國的茶葉, 像是烏龍. 普洱. 紅茶. 綠茶. 鐵觀音等等, 應有盡有. 來到紫藤餐廳當然一定要點他們的茶來喝. 我推薦茶王人參烏龍, 一人要RM6, 雖然有點貴, 但這茶真的是好得有品質, 喝起來不澀不苦, 散發出一股很香很濃的茶味, 超讚!

今天去逛The Gardens時, 在Lower Ground Floor 看到了紫藤餐廳, 於是忍不住走進去吃了... 他們家的食物整體來說還不錯, 環境也都很好, 裝潢得很漂亮很舒服, 很適合一家人來聚餐. 我對這道胚芽蘇東情有獨鍾,於是點了它.胚芽蘇東還蠻好吃的, 只不過花枝有點硬, 如果再做得Q一點會更好, 我有拿胚芽來配飯, 十分好吃!

在Shaw Parade有一間有名的中國餐廳, 那就是紫藤, 紫藤除了賣茶葉外, 還有賣以茶入菜的美食. 我超級推薦這道泰式魚捲, 將炸過的魚捲與洋蔥. 番茄和辣椒炒在一起, 最後淋上泰式酸辣醬, 真是絕配! 裡面的魚片很軟, 這道魚捲很下飯

紫藤是一間以茶入菜的中國餐廳, 強調少鹽.少油. 少糖的健康料理方式, 將最健康美味的食物呈現給大眾. 紫藤的環境很漂亮, 在裡面用餐感覺很乾淨舒服, 服務也很好. 我點這道菜浦煎蛋 , 價值RM8, 不算貴. 蛋煎得很香很薄, 略鹹一些些, 很適合配綠茶飯.
