Roasted Duck Spaghetti Smile Jul 12, 2013

The portion was extremely small that I could finish the whole plate in like...3 mouth full. The 1st taste of the spaghetti
wasn't really exciting. I could barely taste any flavour in the noodles itself. Slowly after
having more bites, I can finally sense a bit of duck sauce. It was really flavourful tho,
just simple, slightly oily and lightly seasoned. Having said that, the roast duck was actually
very nice. Its tender, moist and pink. The skin is crispy and the flavour was exquisite!
I've never really had such a duck considering the ducks that I normally have are those
at the night markets sold by old aunties and uncles. This was completely different.
1 word, AWESOME. Overall I would rate it a 7.6/10. But if it was for the noodle itself,
it would be like 3-4/10.

Fruit Tart Smile Jul 12, 2013   (Related Review)

Fruit Tart.. RM8 per tray. Fresh cut fruits, chunky and big. Looks amazing and well composed. A must
try! Strawberry, mango, kiwi, blackberry were all very citrus-like flavoured. Personally, I love citrus so I guess that is why the fruit tart works. Highly recommended! (The fruits tarts sell out rather quickly, they do restock it but it will take some
time).

Pizza and Coconut Pastry Smile Jul 12, 2013

Pizza and some coconut thing. Both were very good. The pizza doesn't taste a bit like Jusco's or Berry's
pizza at all. It is unique it its own way. Flavours was good and it didn't felt cheap. The amount of cheese on top was very also very generous. Plenty of pineapples could be seen as well.

The coconut thing was not bad. It has sliced ham and cheese which gave a real meaty bite whilst other herbs and ingredients worked in reverse.

Rice Smile Jul 12, 2013   (Related Review)

Last but not least, rice. My Elephant serves brown rice unlike the usual fragrance rice. Although I do prefer fragrance rice, this wasn't too bad. It is RM3 per pax. Refillable, all you can eat rice. Really worth it! It also helps in minimizing the exciting flavours of the dishes, for those who can't stand flavourful food. Affoadable, taste delicious, worth to order.

Spicy Eggplant Smile Jul 12, 2013   (Related Review)

Spicy eggplant. I did not take a photo of the menu for this, so I've forgotten what is it called. But it is really
the best stir-fried eggplant I've eaten. The eggplant wasn't soggy, overcooked or even undercooked. It was simply at the right stage. Its soft and easy to chew yet it maintained its firmness and texture. Truly amazing! RM15 per plate, good portion, taste delicious. 9/10 and highly recommended!
