Big Hug is one of the latest additions the proliferating trend of gourmet burgers. Big Hug not only serves burgers as well as common sides, but they munificently serve heartwarming hugs as well.The walls are artistically embellished with creativity while light snacks which bring back lovely childhood memories for most of us are generously grouped at one corner of the shop right next to the self serviced drink stand. This would come in real handy when there is a long line ahead, especially the hungry younger ones with lower tolerance in patience.Burgers are eminently recognized by the soft and fluffy bun, patties and various toppings and sauces. The Big Hug Burgers live up to meet the standard in certain aspects if not all. Note that their ingredients are really fresh.The recent review gave me the opportunity to try most of their burger and apart from the inconsistency of those that came from anything with whole chicken thigh in it, the rest are okay. Starting with the very difficult to be identified Grilled Lamb Burger, those with least favourite to lamb would be please to devour this for RM 20 per set with fries and bottomless soft drinks.Available in three choices of bun, the burger comes with a plump grilled lamb patty, roasted cherry tomato, caramelized onion, mozzarella cheese, cheddar cheese, gherkins, and fresh lettuce. The caramelized onion is my least favourite. It was dulcified to overpower everything else in the burger.Another seafood choice is the Grilled Salmon Burger set at RM 20. With standardized sizes of grilled salmon fillet for consistency on top of roasted cherry tomato, caramelized onion, mozzarella cheese, cheddar cheese, and fresh lettuce.Once again, the caramelized onion totally conquest the flavour from salmon but having salmon slices inside a burger do have quite a brilliant texture when gnawing it. Great for those who is not up for anything too heavy.While for those who eats plenty, there is the Big Hug Burger which is a jumbo sized burger with sesame bun only. This combo of crispy chicken chop, cheddar cheese, tomato slices, onion, pineapple slices, tomato slices and fresh lettuce is perfect for sharing.Cheesy Chicken Burger is this other burger which does not fall short when comparing to the Big Hug Burger. This combo of crispy chicken chop, ham, fried egg, mozzarella cheese, cheddar cheese, nachos cheese, tomato slices and fresh lettuce sells at RM 26 per set.

The Yuen Steamboat has been around since forever and of course they are namely the first few buffet steamboats that make it big and at the same time bring out the steamboat buffet trend. Thanks to them, the Sunway Mentari has since then started to bloom with steamboat restaurants.
The line would start sometime during dinner hour and waiting time can sometimes go up to 20 minutes or more. Being a halal restaurant, many of their ingredients are restricted to no pork and hence leaving them with choices of assorted seafood. Seafood lovers would adore this place if you are no fan of processed balls.
Each type of steamboat ingredients extends an assortment of more than 10 kinds. There is fish balls, meat balls with different fillings in it, minced meat balls, seafood tofu, processed seafood balls like the crab balls, prawn balls, fish balls etc. And all of those branches out to assortment with additional mix of cheese, pepper, otak-otak and much more. Then there are dumplings with various fillings, and the fu chuk along with the Yong Tau Foo ingredients and the assorted vegetables as well. Others like tofu, noodles, egg of different birds, and the variety seafood of many kinds.
Alas, there are only two types of soup ie the chicken soup or the spicy Tom Yam soup. Both tasted umami, so I don’t normally savour the soup but the steamboat ingredients instead.

Lastly, something everyone would have already known. Their famous chicken wings which is so popular and highly in demand the chicken wing would finish before the next batch is ready from the kitchen. The cue for the chicken wing is when you hear lots of hustling at the corner where the chicken wings are placed. Juicy and tenderly succulent on the inside and chewy on the outside with the thick and rich honey coating.

Japanese food here is at an extensive choice and variety and selling most of the dishes that is widely accepted by the Malaysians. The creativity with the sushi is very much infused with the fondness of the local palate. In the Japanese cuisine, fresh ingredients play such a huge roll and that could probably be the only key to determine the quality of that very dish. I really fancy their sushi and absolutely loves it when they are super fresh. I am always ordering this whenever I visit and they never fail to satisfy me everytime.

Considered to be one of my favourite, the dishes here is always consistently good when it comes to taste, quality, and the freshness. Also the very well trained staffs which would always make dining experience even more pleasurable. Most dinners usually comes as family or in a big group. The full glory of selection was exhilarating as they have almost everything from deep fried to steaming, and braising to stir frying as well as everything raw. Chawanmushi is consistently amazing and smooth. Great for kids and perfect for starters.

My all time favourite is the Salmon ara tama jiru. A super amazing and affordable bean paste soup with salmon fish head and stirred egg. I love the plump and fresh salmon head and the calm texture of hot soup, especially when the weather is chilly or raining. Of course I am also always really pleased with the friendly services as well as the ambiance which allows diners to be really comfortable when dinning.
