我们来到这里一定会叫上这里的红烧鸡脚。这里的鸡脚通常都会比较早上桌的,所以我们都会以前菜来吃等肉骨茶上桌。这里的鸡脚虽然不像外面那样现在炸过,可是一点都不会逊色。它除了带点小辣,有点蒜香的味道,味道不会很咸/

因为很喜欢吃肉所以特地点了这个糖醋排骨呢。这道糖醋排骨,排骨被斩成块块均衡,用面粉搅拌后拿去炸再放进糖,醋,绍兴酒煮至快熟时放进葱段。看起来很有光泽的排骨非常的让人垂涎呢!

我被餐单上的皇帝纸焗鸡名字所吸引,看起来就很高贵的名字嘛。服务员把东西端来时就引起我们的一阵骚动了,那个扑鼻而来的香味。纸焗鸡是用药材腌制过的,药材味很香,而且那个鸡肉很嫩很多汁。

相信很多人都会像我以前那样很害怕吃辣的,怕的不是辣(虽然自己也怕辣可是还会吃)而是怕鱼头会浓浓难闻的腥味。朋友带我来这里吃海现说明不用怕腥的,我来到后看见的咖喱鱼头只是嗅到咖喱味道没有腥味。这个鱼头很大而且煮得很软,所以都被我们分头的撕开吃了。

不懂大家有没有吃过辣椒螃蟹呢!我知道辣椒螃蟹这道菜是在新加坡的时候,因为那里很出名辣椒螃蟹。这里的辣椒螃蟹好像也慢慢掀起了风潮呢。辣椒螃蟹的汁很多,是浓浓的辣椒汁里面还有蛋浆,螃蟹很新鲜都辣辣的。
