我舅舅带我们来这档夜市里吃loklok.这一档loklok的老板很注重卫生,他会给每位顾客各自一个酱那样就不用吃别人的口水啦。我最喜欢吃蛤,因为它很新鲜,我一个人吃了三串。还有这里有鹌鹑蛋,点上麻油就能吃了,不用煮的。

这里的口味和新加坡是差不远的,这里新山的炒糕是带甜的,是放黑的甜酱油。我点的是加蛋的炒糕,味道很奇怪,因为我吃惯咸的,现在甜的味道让我不能接受,就连菜谱也是甜的。

Apong balik是我们怡保大多数人叫的大块面.一样的东西都有几种叫法,真的是很多名啊。这档在夜市里的uncle买的apong balik很香花生味,味道不会太甜,这个糕点最应该热热吃的,等你们打包回家都没那么好吃咯。

我还是第一次次这个炸虾窝饼而已,真的觉得很让人不能停下来呢。利用面粉然后把小小只得虾参在一起,有老板调的面粉口味加上胡椒粉的加持香脆迷人。一口咬下去就能把饼皮要开,虾仁的甜还有被炸得脆脆的直接就能吞下去了。

真的,到那么远也能吃到客家釀豆腐让我觉得格外亲切,好像自己的故乡似的。我们客家人的釀豆腐是很足料的,不但猪肉和鱼肉两参,还加了咸鱼在里面,煎得咸香咸香的。用生菜包着吃着釀豆腐,再点上辣椒,真的是极品!
