这里的餐牌没有什么特别的食物介绍,所以就点了一份最普通的炸鸡排来吃。这里的炸鸡排你可以选择酱料来配搭,我选择了千岛酱,而我的朋友就选择了酸甜酱炸鸡排,味道不错吓,鸡肉表面炸得金黄色的。但是他们的沙拉和薯条放得很吝啬呢。

麦哥蒸豆腐说真的不是很喜欢,我觉得豆腐是一道非常简单的菜。但是呢我觉得他们的豆腐不会很软,反而有少少硬,我觉得非常的不是很理想。这是不是娘若料理吃豆腐的感觉呢?蒸豆腐上面铺放了很多炸葱和虾米这类的东西,反而我觉得炸葱和虾米很好吃。

沙爹是这里我们马来西亚的美食这一,主要的是用黄姜来腌制豬肉,雞,牛,羊肉做成的。个人觉得呢豬肉的脂肪比較多, 所以口感吃起来比較油膩。烧好的沙爹,然后沾上自制的沙爹醬吃,你会停不了手呢。他们还是采用传统火炭烤的方式来制作。

马来粘炒芭姑菜,这一道菜非常的美味。菜也非常的嫩,火候很够,炒出来的菜口感十分的棒。马来粘炒芭姑菜是十分普遍的马来西亚美食这一,难度不高,但是也非常考厨师的调味功夫。这一碟炒芭姑菜上面铺满了炒椰絲,吃起来很不错很有创意呢。

他们的羊排煎得非常的棒,我很喜欢羊肉本身的羊臊味,但是这里的羊排没有什么羊臊味,我有一些失望。在煎羊排时放入了迷迭香的香料来腌制,煎出来的羊排真的是不错的吃。挺美味的,羊肉肉质多汁而且滑嫩,而且还带有少少的脂肪,使得羊排更香呢。
