这里这道沙律明虾卷,这里的炸虾饺是配以全只虾的,一碟三颗,非常果腹,皮薄且炸得香脆但里面的虾只依然保留了原汁原味,里面有鲜虾也很弹牙,吃时再沾一些伴碟的沙拉酱,味道会更好。

这里这道扬州炒饭,饭炒得非常的蓬松的芳香,粒粒分明,而且加入了叉烧就为一份简单的炒饭加上画龙点晴的效果,口感丰富的叉烧为整体起了意想不到的味道,吃了让人觉得原来叉烧可以和炒饭是如此的搭配。

这里这道干炒牛和,厨师将细滑优质河粉炒成的焦香的和加入了炒了五分熟牛肉,然后再炒至七分熟所以牛肉依然保留原汁原味,味道非常不错香滑,酱油也放得刚刚好,配料也很丰富。

这里的家乡凤凰肠粉是来到这里必试的。这里的猪肠粉皮薄馅多,不但蒸得非常的滑,还可以吃到米的香甜,而且厨师还用鸡蛋皮裹着猪肠粉,所以多了一份鸡蛋香气,蘸些辣椒酱会更加惹味。

这里的煎饺子,而且这里饺子皮也是店内每日新鲜自制的,口感很不同,比较厚比较有嚼劲。内陷也很丰富,厚厚的饺子皮完全锁住肉汁不外流,所以可以吃到外脆内软的饺子,嗜辣的可以蘸一些辣椒酱。
