这里这个生滚蟹粥 ,这里选用的是新鮮螃蟹,然后倒在滾燙的白粥內,让热粥將螃蟹燙熟,新鲜的螃蟹鲜浓爽滑,然后捞上薑絲、青蔥和麻油,蟹膏融入白粥里令人垂涎三尺,滋味回味无穷。

这里这道流沙黄金蟹,这道眼前金黄香喷的大螃蟹,真是叫人食指大动,经过咸蛋黄翻炒之后,螃蟹外层被裹上沙沙的咸香,还未尝到蟹肉那刻,味蕾已被咸蛋香俘虏了,厚实蟹肉肥美鲜甜,配饭吃到停不了口。

这里这道正宗避风塘辣蟹,这道眼前金黄香喷的大螃蟹,真是叫人食指大动,再加入了炒得辛辣扑鼻的辣椒和蒜蓉,螃蟹被山一样的辣椒蒜蓉掩盖,还未尝到蟹肉那刻,味蕾已被俘虏了,厚实蟹肉肥美鲜甜,简直叫人吃到停不了口。

这里这道蛋白花雕蒸蟹,这里的螃蟹新鲜肥美,鲜甜美味,而且肉质饱满,所以厨师选择了蛋白清蒸,为了就是吃到最鲜甜的味道,再加上花雕的调味,那蛋白配合红橙色的蟹膏,简直让人垂延三尺。

这里这道蚝汁鲜竹卷,这里的厨师用腐竹包裹着新鲜的猪肉碎,皮薄得完全可以隐隐约约看到里面的馅料,不但蒸得非常的滑,而且酱汁也十分够味,还可以吃到米的香甜,里面有鲜猪肉也很弹牙。
