这里这道日式饭团,但不是普普通通的白色纯饭团,所以不禁令人眼前一亮,层层味蕾也被勾起了,里面混有鸡肉、香菇、萝卜,配上少许明太子和美乃滋以及紫菜,味道果真不同凡响。

这里这个披萨,师傅选择了四种芝士来做这个披萨,那就是Taleggio,Mozzarella,Gorgonzola和Fontina。松脆的外皮,涂上四种各具特色的芝士,而且四种芝士也发挥了各自的特色,四种芝士交杂让口感丰富绝佳。

这里这道盐熏海鲈鱼,厨师选用了新鲜的海鲈鱼,然后将之切到厚度刚刚好的盐巴包裹着新鲜海鲈鱼后就放进火炉烤,上桌时侍卫还细心地将鱼肉去骨,鱼肉鲜甜多汁,然后淋上白汁就是突出鱼的鲜甜味,味道不错。

这里这道三文鱼配意大利炖饭,享受之下还蛮觉得风味一绝。这新鲜的三文鱼烤得仅熟,可以慢慢感受那种鱼肉的鲜甜,还有皮脆肉嫩的口感,所以每一口都带来独特的味蕾享受,真是天衣无缝。

这里食物属于丰富的意大利式风味,享受之下还蛮觉得风味一绝。这道羊小腿炖得依然保留了嚼劲,可以慢慢感受那种酱汁渗透的香醇,还有炖后那种松软的口感,配合传统的意大利式的炖饭,真是绝配。
