这道生煲七彩东星斑 就是当晚的重头戏了,这里的师傅只是简单的把新鲜的鱼放入砂锅内,再加入姜丝和香菜,也没有太多的调味料,效果出来味道却出奇的好,为了就是吃出鱼的鲜味,而且鱼肉也十分滑嫩细致。

原来鸳鸯就是指鸡肉和鸭肉,鸭肉腌得刚刚好,鸭肉也带有一层皮,一层油脂,看起来有一点油腻,但是在石板上烧烤后,味道却是出乎意料的好,而这时鸡肉却被比下去了。除此之外,还配上四道小菜呢。

这种吃法的金凤鱼我还是头一次尝试,原来就是将一片切好的鱼肉放在烤热的石头板上烤,完全就是吃鱼肉的鲜味,而且完全不用任何调味料,在烤好的时候再榨一些柠檬汁在上面,味道就很好了。

这种吃法非常特别,原来就是将一串串串好了鸡肉串,配料有腌制好的鸡肉和茄子块放在烤热了的石头板上,可是最惊奇的就是原来放在石头板上烤都满快熟的,我还以为会要等很久,而且味道也不错。

这道石甲潮洲蒸,味道有点像泰式蒸鱼,但泰式蒸鱼味道更加辣,而潮洲蒸鱼味道比较酸。石甲鱼和豆腐经过蒸熟后,淋上咸菜番茄酸梅等酱,味道咸咸酸酸还挺开胃的,而且还凸显鱼肉香甜无比,惹味可口。
