生蚝,这里的生蚝非常的新鲜,所以这里选择了最可以吃到原汁原味的吃法,就是生吃,而且也是非常简单,只要撒上胡椒和辣椒即可,口感滑熘,味道呛鼻,价钱也非常合理只是三块半一只。

这里这道四季旺兴隆一上桌就吸引了人的目光,这是一道卖相非常吸睛的冷盘,而且配料也十分丰富,里面包括了香味孔雀卷,百花鲍鱼片,xo酱爆炒带子皇和泰式加拉武海蜇,结合了蒸,炸,捞和炒的煮法,香而不腻,极具特色。

这里这道双喜龙虾球,里面双喜的意思就是代表龙虾以两种的方式烹调,龙虾取肉之后调味再搓成圆形,并以红绿沙拉方式烹制,红为番茄酱,绿为芥末酱,龙虾肉爽口弹牙,和酱料配搭十分新鲜。

这里的主菜除了马来风味的美食,西式的典型意大利面,港式的香脆烤鸭,当然还有这里最出名的烧烤海鲜,这里的厨师亲自将新鲜的海鲜,香肠等烤到仅熟,完全保留海鲜的鲜味,所以吃起来还有点鲜味和多汁。
