这块Signature Tiramisu Cake,好大的一块,味道很独特。外层是一层厚厚的核桃仁,里面则是一层起司、一层咖啡地搭配着,周围还淋上新鲜的草莓酱。每口咬下去都是幸福的味道!lol 由于当天是为了庆祝我的生日,所以图片中的蛋糕就多了小牌子和蜡烛啦。

每当提到鸡胸肉,多数人的脑子里就会浮现一个字,“柴”。鸡胸肉是瘦身者的首选,但很多时候都担心会因为鸡胸肉本身油脂量少而在烹煮后变得更干,尤其是烘烤。可是这道Oven Roasted Stuffed Chicken Breast with Camembert cheese却不是这么回事哦。厨师独特的烹饪手法让肌肉块仍然保持了原有的水分,将其调味得适中,赞!另外还附上了cream garlic sauce,喜欢重口味的可以配上这酱料哦。这道的饭不是白米饭,是类似像Briyani Rice的味道,挺香的。旁边的蔬菜清新爽口,能让顾客在品尝了口味较重的主食,来个清淡的。看得出厨师在这样的一道菜式,在构思上特别用心哦smile

如果是喜欢Pasta的朋友,尤其是Aglo Olio口味的朋友,这道菜式是特别推荐的。意大利面的嚼劲刚刚好,清清淡淡的橄榄油香却意外地能让每条面都非常入味,说明了厨师在掌控火候的技巧。一盘的意大利面竟有着超过5只的鲜虾,而且虾只特别新鲜哦!原本这道会被淋上wasabi mayo,但如果像我不吃辣的,可以告诉服务员提醒厨师别放。一样能好好地品尝厨师的手艺哦!smile

为了庆祝我的生日,他带我来到了这家特别的餐厅。Top Hat是吉隆坡著名的米其林餐厅之一,坐落于繁华的市中心,KLCC附近一带。餐厅的建筑乃由一栋50年代的英国殖民地时期古宅改建,在独特优雅的外观中,仍然还保留着古典洋房的韵味。白色的餐厅有着一个大花园,周围种满绿树,林中还有个小鱼池。坐在餐厅里放眼望去,窗外景色特别怡人,顿时让人有种顿时放慢脚步的感觉。餐厅的室内格局仍然保留了原有的洋房格局,而室内设计则是结合了英式情调与本土艺术,温馨浪漫、高贵优雅。Top Hat主要供应西餐,但几乎每道菜都融入了些许的道地风味。除此,它家也有供应一些传统的道地菜式和娘惹餐。另外还有不少值得推荐的甜点、蛋糕和道地的马来与娘惹风味糕点。听说这里还有不少名人前来享用过哦!

A plate of Beer-Battered Fish Fillets consists of three big pieces of deep fried fish fillets with their special beer batter, served good with tartar sauce. It comes with French fries and coleslaw as side dishes. I couldn't find the food tasted oily, where this was quite impressed me. This portion is big enough and the fillets are crispy and juicy fresh. It's really price worthy with both the size portion and the quality of food. smile
