Maggie Goreng is one of my common order when i go mamak. You may thought that they just simply fry and serve it to you. Actually it isn't. Everything in this plate is about timing. You need to cook the noodle until it is soft then only throw into wok to fry it. Add in tomato, bean curd, vegetable and egg. If it is a successful Maggie Goreng then you can smell the egg fragrance from the noodle. Squeeze some lime on it, it even taste better.

Walk around this night market, you can see this very organized curry puff stall. Besides curry puff, they also sell other finger food snacks like fried sardin roll, kuih muih etc. I like to eat their curry puff because the inside of curry puff is very filling. With an egg inside there together with lots of potatoes and also chicken meat. The moment you bite it, you know this is great curry puff.

This is a very famous dish that you can find in east coast. Roses are red, rice is blue, this is nasi kerabu. Yes, you are right, the rice is blue. But don't worry because this is not the colouring that they use in the rice. It is actually a type of flower they use that's why the rice is blue colour. All you need to do is just mixed all the rice together and you are ready to eat it. The rice is very nice to eat.

Green curry chicken is another signature dish. This dishes is cook with brinjal and chicken. Compare to Indian curry, Thai green curry is non spicy type. So if you are not a fans of spicy, then this dish is suitable for you. One thing I really enjoy of green curry is that thier curry sauce is very thick. So when you pour it on your rice, your rice won't look like very watery.

I like to come here to eat chicken. They have different spiciness level for the chicken - Mild, hot peri-peri and extra hot peri-peri. Every time I visit to Nando's Hot peri-peri is my first choice. I prefer hot peri-peri because I still can able to taste the original taste of chicken and there is some spiciness too. They have either quarter chicken or half chicken for you to choose. The chicken is grill until golden brown colour and the skin is still smooth.
