Bitter gourd soup is something very healthy and I do enjoy drink the most. Many people are afraid of the word bitter they will relate it to the medicine that type of bitter. But then for me this bitter gourd soup actually is something very fresh. Chinese like to eat this because they can detox. The soup taste very mild and not bitter at all. Then the pork meat inside the soup is very soft.

Hawaiian chicken is another favourite pizza of mine in pizza hut. This pizza is a very simple pizza to eat. Just pure pineapple and some chicken slice sprinkle around the pizza. The pineapple actually is very sweet. When you add on some tobasco around it, the sweet and sour taste mixed so well. One thing I don't really like about pizza hut is their end part of the pizza is a bit thick to eat.

Bak Kua is really one of my favourite food to eat. However, as the years grows, the price of the bak gua grow as well. Now one kg can cost up to almost RM100. So I always just able to buy a little bit to eat. I like to put it in oven reheat it then only eat it again. Because this way only able get to taste the full taste of the bak kua. Or else if you want, you also can eat it with bread.

If say USA has Mcdonald, then I can proudly say Malaysia has Ramly burger. I like to eat the Ramly burger here because I can always customize my own burger. I always go for triple patty and two eggs. One egg is wrapped 2 patty, the other one is benjo and put on top. It's like my own big mac. You might get your hand a little bit dirty but the taste worth it. Then the price they charged, isn't that expensive too.

Apam Balik  (Johor Bahru Town)

Apam balik here is a very good eat and go snacks for me. It is very simple, I would say it can be like Malay pancake. There are corns, sugar inside the apam. The crunchy skin is so nice to eat while it is hot. Even if it is cold, you still can eat the soft skin and it won't affect the taste of the apam balik at all. Sometimes, lots of people will queue up in front of this stalls.
