I think I've eaten most of the ayam penyet along this alley. The ayam pen yet here is just normal taste. I don't really like it. Because when they served the soup to me, the soup is very cold. Then the chicken is not totally smashed as well. The chicken isn't tender at all. It is totally different from what other ayam penyet stall i had before. The sambal here is still ok.

Talking about dim sum, one of my most favourite is the siu mai. The siu mai here is very nice to eat. First of all, the size is very big. Then the skin is very thin. When the siu mai skin is thin, it is good because in that way, you get to taste most part of the pork meat instead of the siu mai being wrapped like dumpling. Then I will just limit myself to eat maximum 6 per day. Else I will hate the siu mai very fast.

Sugar cane is one of my favourite drinks. One of the main reason is because I get to taste the natural sweet taste in the drinks. The sugar cane here is nice because some sugar cane stall, you get to taste the very funny things inside. But this one is just fresh and clean. They wash the sugar cane till very clean. Then no sugar added into the drinks. All are very nice and chill.

Ayam Penyet Cinta  (Johor Bahru Town)

The ayam penyet you see here is very simple. There aren't many style. Just a simple chicken with few vegetables and lots of sambal. They sambal here isn't spicy at all. But what make it nice here is actually the chicken. The chicken skin is very crispy at all. I prefer to eat the chicken alone instead of mixed with the rice. Because the chicken is too good to eat and the rice will spoil the taste.

I like to come here gather with friends. Then the most common drinks I have over here is the honey milk with longan. The serving is a bit small because the drinks is really extremely nice. The longan is very sweet in the drinks. You need to stir evenly for the milk and honey to blend in together. When you drink it, you can taste the smoothness of the milk together with the sweetness of the honey.
