The fried koay teow here taste quite interesting. The koay teow is a bit moisture after the chef fried it. Then you won't feel too oily after you eat the koay teow. There is enough of wok hei taste in the koay teow, I personally prefer the chef to put in more chilli for me. In that way, there will be more taste in the koay teow. If you want, you can request for koay teow mee too.

The Cottage Pizza  (Seremban)

As the shop name says, this is a cottage pizza. They won't offer any fancy fancy pizza here. But then the pizza is radical small and enough for one person servings. I like their pepperoni pizza here. The skin of the pizza won't say very thick and I quite like it. Like some other pizza out there, the pizza skin very hard to chew. I like this and there are enough amount of cheese for me to eat.

Tau fu fah is something that you don't really need a good eating skill to know if it is a good or bad. You just put in your mouth and then you feel if it is smooth or not. The taufufah here is consider smooth and I like to ask them put in brown sugar for me to eat. Because with the brown sugar, the taufufah will taste slightly better to eat. There is this simple fragrance in the taufufah.

Simple nasi lemak is the best thing you can find. You don't really need many types of different dishes around your rice. What you need is just a simple sambal and also some peanuts together with the cucumber and crunchy ikan bilies. I like the anchovies at here. It taste very crispy, when you eat it with the soft rice, both contrast look so good. Then spicy sambal is what I like too.

Walking around this night market, one thing that I like to buy and then carry with to while walking around is this apam balik. This apam taste delicious because of the crispy skin. Inside of the crispy skin is more than that. There are corns, sugar, and some peanut which make it taste really nice. If you want, you can add on some egg into it too. I like the peanut fragrance flow around my mouth when I eat it.
