SALTed Is a Sarawak Cuisine Hiddem Gem that located at Mutiara Damansara , a Location that surrounded by housing area . Where The curve and Ikea are nearby , if you Familiar with that area then You will know where is Mutiara Damansara . Drive around the shop lot area and you easily gonna found it . With a simple Interior beside of fancy because what they are selling is delicious foods and not about the decoration , Simple dining space with Painted wall . At the moment the shop is without air conditioning but very soon the owner will install few unit of air conditioning and glass door for patrons to enjoy their meal in a more comfortable atmosphere . The simple Menu makes my day so simple without struggling what to choose and the name of the shop was so Superb after explain by the owner , SALTed - "Sarawak's Authentic Local Taste, Extra Delicious.impressive"

 

If not mistaken , So far this is my first ever pork free dishes on the menu since the owner was originally from Sarawak muslim . SALTed has it's own taste of the perfection comparing with lards dishes from the Chinese Sarawak Laksa or Kolo Mee . Even SALTed Kolo Mee Does it right with Chicken Mushroom and the fragrance from the fried shallots & oil . You might find out the price slightly a bit high because all the ingredient and noodle are imported air flown originally from Sarawak Itself , Fresh Prawn was choosen directly from Kuala Selangor local fisherman .

 

 

Regarding for the Sarawak Laksa , It was a taste that I have lost it for years . At least have five years back , A friend of mine that from Kuching , Her father homecook a bowl of awesome sarawak Laksa . It was the most delicious Sarawak laksa that I had , Totally no one can get rid of it . Any shop or stall out there can't even beat it but Today SALTed may bring those memories back . At SALTed , Their Sarawak Laksa almost have the same taste what I had Before .

Pickle & Fig was not a stranger but is well known Western Cafe in TTDI for few years , It was not a new place to hangout but it was place were everyone love to hangout . Beside of Food reviewing myself also been here for few time for their foods and coffee , The shop is located at Jalan Tun Mohd Fuad 2 in TTDI District . Easily spotted with their fancy white background black wording signboard .

 


When comes to interior Decoration , It was a simple but tidy outlook . the most important part is they have a comfortably environment atmosphere that makes diners like me love to chill my time here .

 


Alright , I think I need to stop describe too much about this place since most of you know this is awesome place to hangout and chill with friends or families . Today I'm here again to Introduce their all new invented foods and drinks Menu . on this Beautiful evening , The Pickle & Fig owner KEN itself host us along while we trying out all the foods , he explained with patient all the ingredient been use and New invented foods name . To make the Tokyo Secret 1st Anniversary celebration much more happening , Their running a special promotions for the whole month of June . The first celebration was held at 1 Utama on 28 May with Buy one free one cheese tart promotion and RM1 Original cheese tart .The second celebration was held at Sunway Pyramid with the promotion of five piece Hanjuku Cheese Cake .

ANTE Publika Is all abaout Pork and lard on every dishes , Burgers , Chops Pastas ans salads . Known infamously for it's pork dishes , Ante opened its doors in October 2012 . The restaurant serves Australian fusion with Western dishes , The restaurant comes to cozy environment and relaxing atmosphere , Decoration with exposed fixtures, hanging spotlights and leather couches . Ante Kitchen & Bar have been around for a while and it is run by young owners who work themselves in bringing the hog in their menu. The friendly staff are always ready to serve too .

 

 

 
ANTE restaurant situated at the ground level of Publika , Ante is an all day dining cafe/restaurant offering brunch right up to dinner . With indoor and outdoor seating , the place was definitely crowded at night and also the place would be full during the weekends/public holidays for dinners . Reservations is recommended if you are going in groups .

The miso-glazed pork belly is in its juices , with a herbed crust on top .

The 8mm-thick bacon slices dried and smoked with smoky flavour with dip into the mustard .

Had a great dinner by then , Just eat and coffee-ing plus a good company over chat and laughter. The food at Ante is brilliant, some can be very homey sweet just like mother’s cooking while some truly salivating fusion dishes .
